Order Processing
All custom t‑shirt and hat orders are fulfilled by active firefighters. Because our team works rotating shifts, processing and fulfillment days may vary, but orders are typically completed and shipped within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. Most customers receive their orders within the estimated timeframe provided during checkout. The U.S. average delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to our processing period.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
For expedited or overnight order requests, please email info@highheatsociety.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, and additional rush fees may apply.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delays
Because our fulfillment team works on rotating firefighter shifts, occasional delays may occur—especially during high‑volume periods or emergency response events. We appreciate your patience and support for our crew.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
